Sunil Nair has close to two decades of experience in the HR field. Beginning his life at the shop floor level, he learned, excelled and worked his way up until leaving the job of the HR head for the Western Region-II of Blue Dart Express, and joining Ethos. Sunil is a commerce graduate and also holds the a PG Diploma in Human Resources Management. He is also a certified trainer specialized in soft skills programs.
Prior to Blue Dart Sunil worked with Gujarat Ambuja and Anagram at various levels. His past experience in corporate organizations has helped Ethos to grow from a small company to a well known brand at the national level.
Sunil is an expert in people development, be it motivating and developing team members, client management, or creating better strategic outlook or branding. His focus on customer service and teamwork at junior and middle management levels bolsters client confidence and has led to development of excellent client relationships.
Maharshi Bhatt is among the early members of Team Ethos and enjoys a good reputation for his professional competence and ability to build, lead and coach high performing delivery oriented teams.
A keen observer and a firm believer in relationships, he has been instrumental in architecting the company's operational excellence, delivery and quality framework. He leads the delivery of large systems-focused recruitment practice at Ethos, and is also responsible for managing several key accounts for the organization. Chirag heads the Banking, Finance and Services verticals of Ethos. He holds a Degree in Commerce, with a sound background and experience of recruitment in banking, financial and services sector. With close to a decade of experience in hardcore recruitment industry, he manages, motivates and inspires his team members to excel every time in delivering best services to the clients. Dr. Vaishnav has helped many companies to develop and install full-fledged HR departments. He has trained the staff of many well known companies, and also headed HR departments of many in manufacturing, IT and services industries. He is associated with private businesses, government organizations, and NGOs as an advisor and consultant.

The IT Team is catering to various IT firms requirements and all are well educated in either IT or Human Resources Field. The team consists of with Team Leaders, Sr. Consultants, Consultants and Management Trainees. The Non IT Team is in to various industries like Engineering, Banking, Stock Market, BPO KPO, Telecom FMCG.
The Team Members are highly educated in terms of their respective functions and the Team Leaders are all experienced in their category of Job. The team size is arranged with Experienced Team Leaders, Sr. Consultants and Management Trainees.
