We are looking for a dedicated and sharp Legal Counsel with 3–5 years of experience to safeguard our organization’s interests through expert contract management and litigation strategy. In this dual-focus role, you will act as both a strategic negotiator for commercial and vendor contracts and a robust representative in arbitration and consumer litigation. The ideal candidate is a licensed advocate with a deep understanding of the Indian legal landscape, capable of managing complex disputes from the initial drafting stage through to final enforcement.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and vendor contracts.
- Manage arbitration matters end-to-end, including drafting, hearings, and award enforcement.
- Handle consumer cases before District, State & National Commissions.
- Coordinate with external counsels and internal departments for legal proceedings.
- Provide legal advice on contracts, disputes, and compliance issues.
- Maintain legal trackers, documentation, and ensure timely filings.
Qualifications & Skills
- LL.B. (LL.M. preferred) with valid Sanad to practice in India.
- 3–5 years’ experience in contracts, arbitration & consumer litigation.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in legal research tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and high on integrity.
