Plant HR Head

The Plant HR Head is a strategic leadership role responsible for the end-to-end human resources lifecycle within a manufacturing environment. You will lead Workforce Planning and Recruitment to ensure optimal staffing levels while maintaining a harmonious industrial climate through proactive Employee and Industrial Relations (IR). A critical part of this role involves ensuring 100% Statutory Compliance with local labor laws and supporting Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols to maintain a secure workplace. From overseeing Payroll and Compensation to driving Performance Management and Training & Development, you will act as a vital link between corporate strategy and plant-level execution, fostering a high-performance culture on the factory floor.
