We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Representative with 2–3 years of experience in the gear or gearbox industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the Pune and Maharashtra region.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities in the gear, gearbox, and mechanical machinery sector.
- Visit industrial clients, understand their requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with OEMs and end-users.
- Prepare quotations, follow up, and close sales orders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
- Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for smooth order execution.
Good understanding of industrial sales, mechanical components, and customer handling.
Willing to travel across Pune and nearby Maharashtra regions.
